RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS

1/2 CHICKEN
1KG BASMAT RICE
1/2KG GREEN PEPPER
2PCS TOMATO
2PCS GARLIC
4PCS POTATO
2BUNCHES PARSLEY
1BOX YOGURT
1/4TSPN SALT
1/2 JAR H20
1TSPN CARDAMON
1/2TBLSPN CORIANDER
1pcs ONION
3TSPN OIL


METHOD:

Take an empty pan (sufuria) put it in a source of heat then pour your oil on it  wait until its hot enough then take your onion plus garlic cook them as you stir until you smell the aroma. Take your chicken which you have pre- cook and cook them  together with your onions, green pepper ,coriander, salt, cardamon ,potato, parsley.
After this take your rice pour direct  in your  pan  and stir, now all you have to do is pour in your jar of water wait after 40 mins it will be ready to serve. Served 5.########
